Hi I’m Akarshan, a UX designer building intuitive digital experiences that reach millions.

After earning my architecture degree in 2019, I fully transitioned into UX design in 2022. Since then, I’ve led projects that simplify complex workflows into clear, accessible journeys across domains like employment, agriculture, healthcare, education, and infrastructure.

My process combines mixed-method research and collaborative ideation with modern tools - using generative AI to automate repetitive tasks, and vibecoding to rapidly explore design directions. Over time, designing for diverse user groups, with varied abilities, digital fluency, socio-economic backgrounds, and devices, has made accessibility second nature in my approach.

I actively collaborate with government ministries and departments through UX4G, running workshops and sensitizing stakeholders to integrate UX best practices deeply into their project lifecycles, significantly raising their UX maturity.

When I'm not designing, you'll find me chasing good coffee, hitting the gym, watching sports, or diving into a video game.
